On a rainy day, *

On a rainy day,
Just like today,
Saw you first
Perhaps,
Sweet bud
Of May,

Walking down
The street
As moist
The mild breeze,
Blew perhaps,
Betwixt me
And you,

And the
Lovely
Rains
How came,
Dropping upon
Us,
As we the day
So passed,

On a day
Much like
Today.
